Howard Balzer
Balzer has spent more than 40 years covering professional sports. Balzer started covering football for Newsweekly in 1977 before moving to St. Louis to work for The Sporting News. Balzer has won six writing awards in the Pro Football Writers of America competition and currently works as a host on SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Derrick Brooks
Brooks is a Pro Football Hall of Famer and Super Bowl champion who spent 14 seasons in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1995 – 2008. An 11-time Pro-Bowler, Brooks was named Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2000 and won Defensive Player of the Year in 2002. Today, Brooks is an analyst for ESPN and SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Tim Brown
Brown is a Pro Football Hall of Famer who played 17 years in the NFL from 1988 – 2004. After winning the Heisman Trophy at Notre Dame, the first wide receiver to win the award, Brown played 16 seasons with the Oakland Raiders, during which he was selected to nine Pro Bowls. Brown now works as a host on SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Vic Carucci
Carucci’s opinions pack a punch that have garnered numerous honors during his 26 seasons of covering the NFL. Carucci is the author of several books, including the bestsellerDo You Love Football?!, co-written with John Gruden. Currently, he is a writer, blogger, and radio host for the Buffalo News.Vic host “Press Coverage” on Saturday mornings.
Charles Davis
Davis is a color analyst who has had an extensive career in the football world. Davis joined Fox Sports as a college football analyst in 1997 before moving to their NFL crew full-time in 2015. He also serves as the color commentator for the Madden video game franchise, a role he has held since 2016. Davis hosts Late Hits on SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Mark Dominik
Mark spent 16 seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an executive, including serving as their General Manager from 2009-2013. Prior to joining the Buccaneers, he spent time in the Kansas Chiefs Personnel Department and is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
Rich Gannon
Former MVP Quarterback Rich Gannon was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fourth round (98th overall) of the 1987 NFL Draft. Gannon played 18 seasons and was a member of four NFL teams altogether, going on from the Vikings to play for Washington, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Oakland Raiders. He passed for over 28,000 yards and had 180 career touchdown passes. He was named the NFL MVP during the 2002 season and led the Oakland Raiders to Super Bowl 37. Bruce Gradkowski
Former NFL quarterback Gradkowski was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round (194th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft. Gradkowski was a member of six NFL teams altogether, going on from the Buccaneers to play for the St. Louis Rams, Cleveland Browns, Oakland Raiders, Cincinnati Bengals, and Pittsburgh Steelers. He attended college at the University of Toledo.
Todd Haley
Haley spent 21 seasons as a coach in the NFL across seven different teams. As the offensive coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals in 2008, Haley led the team’s offense to an NFC Championship. He spent three seasons as a head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2009 – 2011. He last served as the offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns in 2018.
Brad Hopkins
Hopkins was selected by the Houston Oilers in the first round of the 1993 NFL Draft, and played left tackle 13 NFL seasons for the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans.He played in Super Bowl XXXIV, was a two-time Pro Bowler, and made All-Pro in 2000.Hopkins announced his retirement from football in 2006. He and Steve McNair were the last players left from the Houston Oilers.
Torry Holt
Torry Holt is a Super Bowl champion, seven-time Pro Bowler, and one of the greatest wide receivers of all time. Holt joined SiriusXM in 2017 to co-host The Opening Drive on SiriusXM NFL Radio and contributes to SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio.

Ryan Leaf
Former Quarterback Ryan Leaf was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the first round with the 2ndpick overallof the 1998 NFL Draft. Leaf attended Washington State University and was a First-Team All-American at Washington State and was the Pac-10 Offensive Player of The Year in 1997. He finished 3rdin the Heisman Trophy voting that season.He played four seasons in the NFL between San Diego and the Dallas Cowboys. Bill Lekas
Lekas hosts The Opening Drive on SiriusXM NFL Radio. After graduating from Susquehanna University, Lekas joined Sporting News Radio where he served as co-host of The Morning Show. James Lofton
Lofton is a Pro Football Hall of Famer who spent 16 seasons in the NFL as a wide receiver. Lofton was drafted by the Greenbay Packers in the first round of the 1978 draft and went on to reach eight pro bowls and catch more than 14,000 yards. After retiring, Lofton began a broadcasting career and currently hosts on SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Alex Marvez
Alex Marvez is entering his 25th season covering the NFL as a beat writer, television reporter, and author. Marvez has been a SiriusXM NFL Radio host for more than a decade. He is also a Pro Football Hall of Fame voter and past president of the Pro Football Writers of America. Marvez hosts Late Hits.
Lance Medow
Lance Medow joined SiriusXM in 2009 and has served in a variety of roles, including update anchor and play-by-play announcer.He hosts Nightcap on SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio.In addition to his work for SiriusXM, Medow serves as the Pre/Half/Post Game Host for the New York Giants Radio Network and a play-by-play announcer for Columbia University Athletics/Ivy League Digital Network. He’s also done work for ESPN Radio, MTV, MLB.com, and Westwood One.

Ed McCaffrey
McCaffrey spent 13 seasons in the NFL as a wide receiver after being drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 1991 draft. McCaffrey also played for the 49ers and Broncos, collecting 55 touchdowns during his tenure in the league. In December 2019, he was hired as the head football coach at Northern Colorado University.
Jim Miller
Selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth-round of the 1994 NFL draft, Miller threw for 6,387 yards and 36 TDs during his nine-year pro career. Miller led the Chicago Bears to the 2001 playoffs with an 11–2 regular season record as a starter and still ranks among Michigan State’s all-time passing leaders. Miller co-hosts SiriusXM NFL Radio’s Movin the Chains with Pat Kirwan.
Kirk Morrison
Kirk Morrison played linebacker at San Diego State where he was named the Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Year two consecutive years. He then spent eight seasons in the NFL as a linebacker. In 2006, Morrison led the Oakland Raiders defense with 128 tackles. He also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills. Morrison went on to join ESPN’s College Football broadcasting team and work as a host on SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Bruce Murray
Bruce is a veteran broadcaster who has spent the better part of three decades on the air for a number of different broadcasters, such as ESPN and Sporting News Radio. Murray is one of the original on-air personalities on SiriusXM’s Mad Dog Radio, and he currently works on SiriusXM NFL Radio as the host of the SiriusXM Blitz.
Bill Polian
Polian was the President and Vice Chairman of the Indianapolis Colts from 1997 through 2011. In 24 seasons as a general manager with Indianapolis, Carolina, and Buffalo, Polian’s teams made five Super Bowl appearances, and he’s a six-time winner of the Executive of the Year award. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
Torrey Smith
Two-time Super Bowl Champion Torrey Smith established himself as a leader both on and off the field during his decorated eight-year career in the NFL. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft after a stellar career at the University of Maryland. Following his time with the Baltimore Ravens (2011–2014), he played with the San Francisco 49ers (2015–2016), the Philadelphia Eagles (2017), and the Carolina Panthers (2018). Smith’s honors include holding the Ravens team records for the most receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns by a rookie; ranking highest in the NFL for yards-per-catch average (2015); and two Super Bowl wins (Ravens 2012 & Eagles 2017). Smith’s accomplishments off the field are equally impressive. His nominations include the Walter Payton Man of the Year (3x), NFLPA Byron “Whizzer” White Award (2x), 49ers’ Athletes in Action/Bart Starr Award, and the NFL Sportsmanship Award. Smith interned for the late Maryland Representative Elijah Cummings (2013), earned his MBA at the University of Miami, and is an active Board Member of the Players Coalition.You can hear Smith on SiriusXM NFL Radio’s The Opening Drive.
Max Starks
Max Starks joined SiriusXM in 2018. Starks played college football at the University of Florida as an offensive tackle. He was drafted in 2004 and played ten seasons in the NFL for Pittsburgh, San Diego, St. Louis, and Arizona. Starks is also a two-time Super Bowl champion.

Steve Torre
Prior to joining SiriusXM, Torre spent 18 years as the morning drive anchor and Sports Director of 1010 WINS Radio in NYC. He has also covered the NFL Draft and Summer Olympics forWestwood One, and served as a sports anchor on the ABC Radio Network. Robert Turbin
Former Running Back Robert Turbin was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft. Turbin went on to play 8 seasons in the NFL and was a member of the Seahawks when they won Super Bowl 48. He also played for the Browns, Cowboys, and Colts. He attended college at Utah State University. Turbin works as a host on SiriusXM NFL Radio and joined the CBS Sports Network College Football broadcasting team.
James White
Former Running Back James White was drafted by the New England Patriots in the fourth round (130th overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft. White went on to win three Super Bowls with the Patriots and scored the game-winning touchdown in overtime of Super Bowl 51 over the Atlanta Falcons. Solomon Wilcots
Wilcots spent six seasons as a safety in the NFL after being taken in the eighth round of the 1987 draft. Following his playing career, he transitioned to the sideline as a reporter for ESPN’s Sunday Night Football and then into the broadcast booth for CBS.
